Wendover Woods - Bucks

Wendover Woods

We are very lucky to live close to Wendover Woods, as a family we have been going there for over 10 years it is very accessible and there is plenty to do there a great family day out.

I love going there as it is a great place that I can go off road with my wheelchair and have lots of fun.

There is a cafe there which is opposite the loo block, so the main facilities are all close together.

If you get the chance go, especially as the better weather is looming!!

Frankie & Benny's - High Wycombe - Cressex

After going to the cinema we popped into Fankie & Benny's next door for a drink and of course I used the loo. Clean and tidy with the grab handles that are verticle and horizontal.

Marlow - George and Dragon

Last Friday evening our daughter and friend went to the sheltered housing scheme in Marlow and were waitresses for the residents Christmas lunch!! Neither was it Christmas nor was it lunchtime but does that really matter?!

Marlow has suffered as a community with houses close to the river affected. Last week Higginson Park was closed to the public.

Whilst the girls were busy doing their bit Dave and I went out for a meal at the George and Dragon. It's not the first time we have been there. Very accessible and can be entered via the Premier Inn next door or a side door can be opened by the staff in the restaurant.

The loos are bright and clean.

A good experience. xx

Friars Square - Aylesbury - Bucks

Back in Aylesbury at the weekend and this time into Friars Square shopping centre. The accessible loos in here require a Radar key. The facilities are fine the loo is of standard height so for me it seems quite a long way down!!
